Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service!

We had a pleasant night in the Deluxe Queen Room. The front desk staff made us feel like family, providing local dining recommendations. Don't miss the nearby restaurants, which are fantastic for a quick meal. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Jacksonville!

While my experience had its ups and downs, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the attentive service from some staff like Moe. However, I encountered issues such as a strong odor in the hallways and signs of bugs, which can't be overlooked.

I enjoyed the big room with a fully equipped kitchenette and the upgraded bathroom. The friendly staff made our stay hassle-free, and the security was reassuring. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was pretty bad. The bed was missing sheets and covers, and the floors were sticky and dirty. The bathroom had a nasty smell. We never even got room keys, so we were stuck in there. Definitely not a pleasant experience.
